Sitting in the canoe at Weedon Island State Park with my three little ones and adventurous other half, the sun started to set behind the mangroves. The soft light and dark reflections on the rippling water was mesmerizing and seductive, like a call and response chant, and we stopped paddling and slowed down to enjoy watching the sun kiss the earth goodnight.
